What type of nail product do you use?
We use UV curing Gel X products for extensions and Gel based polish. This is a more lightweight alternative to the typical acrylic formula. We focus on high quality products and precise application.

Gel x uses UV light to cure just like our long lasting gel polish.
Additionally we do FREE REPAIRS between fills. If any of our work lifts, chips or fails in any way we will fix it for you at no cost.
We do quality work and we proudly stand by our work with free nail repairs between fills.
*We only use gel polish, but we offer free polish removal if you want your polish taken off*

Our nail techs are VERY experienced and really like nail art. True Artist in their craft. We really pride ourself on being able to do any nail art you see from the internet. In addition to being really good at nail art, our staff stays on top of what is trending.

What is the difference between builder gel and gel extensions?

Builder gel is a structured gel applied over your natural nails, and gel extensions are structured tips that add length to your nails.
Can gel extensions be filled?

Yes! Gel extension full sets are maintained with a builder gel fill.
How long can I get complimentary repairs?

We offer complimentary repairs within the guarantee period for your service. For example, gel manicures are guaranteed for up to 2 weeks, while builder gel services are guaranteed for up to 4 weeks.
Do you offer discounts for multiple services or service bundles?

At this time, services are priced individually, and booking multiple services together does not change the regular service price.
Do you have to use an e-file (nail drill) ?

Our clients comfort is important to us. If you are uncomfortable with the use of an e-file, please let your nail technician know so you can discuss alternative options. In some cases, choosing not to use an e-file may require additional appointment time and may result in an additional charge.
Can I bring my own polish or tools ?

Yes! Please note that bringing your own products does not change the price of your service.
How do you clean and disinfect your tools?

Client safety and sanitation are extremely important to us! Reusable implements and brushes are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between clients using barbicide according to proper disinfection procedures. Single-use items, such as files and buffers, are discarded after each client and are never reused.
