CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations:
Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the service time will be treated as a “no show” appointment and a no show fee of 30% of the service price will be charged. Customers can reschedule or cancel their appointment within the 48 hour limit by phone, text or online and the fee will not be charged.
LATE POLICY
Late:
Customers will be given a 10 minute grace period. At the 10 minute mark Inner Glo will call and inform the customer that there is not enough time to perform their service.
Exception 1:
If there is not another customer booked and there will be time to perform the service
Exception 2:
Lash fills - If the customer is more than 10 minutes late, Inner Glo will inform the customer that their appointment will be downgraded to the next available fill time that can be scheduled. Example: 3 weeks becomes 2 weeks and 2 weeks becomes 1 week. If there is not enough time for a 1 week service you will be charged for a “no show”.
Other than the above two exceptions, all late arrivals of more than 10 minutes will be treated as a “no show” and the 30% fee will be charged.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
Reschedules:
Reschedules are allowed up to 48 hours before the appointment. Any reschedule after the 48 hour cut off will be treated as a “no show” and a 30% fee will be charged.
Exception: If the service is rescheduled to a different time in the SAME DAY.
