Just kidding! We don't have a pain free guarantee because there will be some discomfort.

What we do have is a try it before you buy it offer. With any waxing service you will know in the first few pulls if it's for you or not.

If there is more discomfort than you anticipated, let your provider know that you no longer wish to receive the service. We budget for this so you are not causing us any issues. You will not be charged and no penalty applied. You are still free to get another service or come back at a later date.

Before your appointment...
Any hair you wish to wax must be at least the length of a grain of rice. (approximately 3-4 weeks of growth)

You cannot use Retinol, Accutane or similar products for at least 7 days before your appointment. Consult with your doctor.

​
For Braz-ilians please come clean... Notable Places NOT to come from:
work, gym, multi day triathlons.... etc etc...

For Braz-ilians please use a tampon or menstrual cup if you are on your period. But remember your skin may be more sensitive during this time.
During your appointment...
Your service provider will take as much time as necessary. You will not be rushed.
​
​
If you need to take a break and do smaller sections your service provider will work with you to maximize comfort.
​
​
Taking medicine like Ibuprofen or similar approximately 30 minutes before your appointment can help with discomfort.
​
If you would like to bring your favorite adult beverage and consume it inside our studio before your appointment, that's fine with us! Some say it helps. But getting waxed is going to take that buzz away really fast anyway.
After your appointment...
Avoid soaking in baths or hot tubs for 24 hours to keep out bacteria. Your follicles will be open immediately after a waxing service for around 24 hours.

You can use aloe products for irritation.
